I will visit Ephesus / Kusadasi by a cruise ship and leave by the same ship. Do I need Visa?

You are called as daily transit guest. So same day return cruise passangers do not need visa for Ephesus.

What is the importance of Professional Tour Guide?

A “Certified Professional” guide, not only informs you about the history, but also lets you know about the daily happenings, local life style and regional legends. A book could give you enough information as well but do not forget that a guide’s knowledge is not limited with only one book but many books as well as the experience. Besides there are not many informative signs within Ephesus, which can describe what you are looking at!

What time and where do your tours start?

You will be the boss. That’s why, the tour will start where and when you want.

Can I tour on Sundays or is everything closed?

All the main sights in Ephesus and Kusadasi are open on Sundays.

Can I customise my tour?

Yes. Your guide will design your tour around your specific interests and preferred pace.

What vehicles do you provide?

We always arrange Private Mercedes A/C vans according to your party’s size. You will have a private driver as well.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please note that there will be no charge if you cancel your booking by e-mail at least 1 week (7 days) before the date of the requested service.

Is our Guide's/Driver’s gratuity included?

No. Gratuities are at your discretion. If you are happy with your guide, a gratuity – usually in the region of 10% to 15% of the cost of the touring rate – is much appreciated. If you do more, you make them happier.

How do I recognize you at the port/meeting point?

At the port, your private tour guide will be waiting outside the exit door of the arrivals hall with a sign of your name.

Your tours seem to be a whole day: can we do a shorter tour?

You can, of course.

What do I wear?

Wear the clothes you would normally wear in your own country, as you will see the same amount of variety in Turkey. During the tour in summer, keep an umbrella or hood handy.In the summer, try to wear t-shirts and shorts since the weather is very hot. Most important of all – wear the most comfortable shoes you possess.
